Team CAS -Tech Performance
The CAS – Tech Performance team was founded by Andreas Wuschnakowski at the end of 2022. The background and purpose of this foundation was to network with other drivers in the SIM racing simulation ‘iRacing’ and to be able to participate together in endurance races and leagues. At first, the team actually consisted of just two drivers. However, the idea soon arose of being able to take part in endurance races with several drivers or even several vehicles. More and more interested drivers were invited and enquiries about team membership were made. CAS- Tech Performance then took part in countless league races, official races and special event endurance races.
The Fusion
In January 2025, the team boss of the Destiny Racing team approached us to see if we would be interested in merging with their team. Having already considered the idea several times before, we thought it made a lot of sense to push ahead with team development without neglecting the leagues and the CAS iRacing community. With much more manpower, we are now able to respond much more intensively to the needs of the team members and achieve much greater participation in the various racing events in a wide range of vehicle classes. In the beginning, of course, it is a lot of work until everything grows together and we ‘speak the same language’, but we are extremely positive about the future.
Back to the roots
In January 2026, the CAS-DRT Synergy team was renamed back to its original name, CAS Tech Performance. The reason for this was the separation of some participants from the former DRT team and the desire for a clearer distinction concerning the official iRacing teams. Additionally, under the name CAS Tech Endurance, a performance division was integrated into the team, where drivers with higher expectations and a regular willingness to participate in team training and official events have found their home.
Membership
To become a member of our team, you do not need to meet any special criteria. An „iRating score“ is not that important to us. You should be just as in love with iRacing and simracing as we all are. You should also enjoy participating regularly and reliably in our events and leagues, both within the community and in external leagues. We do not have fixed training times. We take every member’s private and professional interests into consideration. We meet regularly in the voice chat of the Discord community for our races and also just to talk.
Car/ Teamliverys
We provide each team member with our personalised team liveries free of charge for our league races and also for use in other official or private events. This ensures a far-reaching, representative appearance of our team.
